I. Job Summary The Sales Specialist, Construction Sales, with minimal supervision, researches and analyzes the market territory; develops strategies; cultivates sales leads; and persuades prospects to purchase WM services in order to achieve targeted revenue goals. The Sales Specialist, Construction Sales position requires expert management of a highly qualified set of prospects and to support the Builders Direct program. II.
