Performs routine work without supervision. As a condition of employment, this position is required to standby and work as an emergency crew (duty) person on a rotating basis covering nights, holidays and weekends. Applies all standard safety practices.  Essential Functions:  Troubleshoots, disassembles, cleans, inspects, and tests water meters for accuracy in accordance with American Water Works Association standards.  Schedules and carries out a routine preventative maintenance program for large domestic, irrigation, compound, turbine, sonic...
