Job Summary:
Dispatch agents run a full service dispatch center ensuring security agents are on site, answering radio calls, directing phone messages to the correct department, monitoring Live View cameras and alerting managers of any issues.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Monitor security cameras, access control and alarms and resolve intrusion alerts.
Monitor, respond, and log radio calls for multiple areas and sites.
Perform quality assurance functions to ensure accuracy of information.
Demonstrate the ability to make appropriate decisions and exercise action during high tension stressful situations.
Confirm incident and crisis situations.
Execute multiple SOPs.
Provide superior customer service.
