Overview: The Return-to-Work Coordinator will manage the safe, timely, and sustainable return of injured or recovering employees to TAS operations. As a member of the Safety team, this role will coordinate each return-to-work case, evaluate documented work restrictions against operational requirements, and help identify appropriate modified or transitional duties that support recovery without compromising employee or workplace safety. The coordinator will work closely with injured employees, Safety, Operations, Human Resources, supervisors, claims partners, and authorized healthcare contacts.
