This team will be responsible for training new hires (technicians) and maintenance technicians across cross-functional teams. The Training Supervisor will collaborate with the Training Manager, Training Content Lead, business stakeholders, and instructional designers to create world-class training programs. These programs will support the transition to renewable energy by conducting Vehicle, Maintenance, and Robotics classes.
