We're hiring a BIM Software Engineer to join a small team building production applications, automation, and AI-powered tools for Revit and the broader BIM ecosystem. You'll ship software that integrates with real project models, turns repetitive modeling and coordination work into reliable automation, and uses AI to help teams query data, catch issues, and move projects forward.
What sets this role apart is domain depth: understanding how models are structured, where the source of truth lives (elements, families, parameters, schedules, linked data), and what a good outcome looks like for architects, engineers, and BIM specialists. You'll combine that knowledge with modern software engineering, the Revit API, LLMs, and agent systems to build tools people can trust during live project work. Background in AEC, construction tech, digital delivery, or multi-platform coordination is a plus.
