Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to support US Space Force curriculum development. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Provide curriculum development and maintenance support Provide input to ensure correct alignment of course training materials Design and develop lesson plans, instructional guides, student handouts, multimedia presentations, and assessment instruments aligned with approved learning objectives Review and update course materials on a recurring basis to ensure alignment with current Joint Publications (JPs), AFDD/AFPD doctrine, CJCS instructions, and relevant National Defense Strategy guidance Integrates lessons learned from current operations, joint exercises, and After-Action Reviews (AARs) into instructional content Liaise with Training Development/Curriculum Development Managers (CDMs) and instructors to support agile course development based on instructional system design principles Work with Training...
