This position covers Sonoma County, Napa County, and Solano County. It is listed under Sonoma County; the work is in clients' homes across the whole area. Responsibilities and Duties Promote and adhere to Pacific Homecare Services’ core values – respect, honesty, and kindness.   Assist the individuals we serve with all aspects of personal care including:   Physical Needs: assist with tasks as determined by their physical abilities.  Personal hygiene: Brushing/combing hair, brushing teeth, filing of nails, including other basic personal hygiene, and grooming needs. Dressing:  Buttoning, zippering, dressing, and undressing, selecting appropriate clothing. Bathing:  Washing body or hair. Toileting:  Diapering, wiping, and lifting the client on and off the toilet.
