About the Role
You'll be a core member of Mercor's Recruiting Operations team, supporting hiring across multiple functions. This role is focused on high-quality coordination, ATS (Ashby) management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience at scale. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to keep processes running efficiently.
What You'll Do
Own Scheduling & Coordination across screens, take-homes, virtual loops, and onsites
Maintain ATS (Ashby) & Pipeline Hygiene across all roles
Support Candidate Experience with clear, timely communication
Support Events & Onsite Logistics (Superdays, dinners, networking events)
Support recruiting operations projects and process improvements
