Job Summary: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position is responsible for developing patient safety programs and initiatives by developing and monitoring the procedures for reporting safety hazards, accidents, incidents, threats, significant events, in line with best practices; and developing and revising patient strategies based on patient outcomes and leads improvement activities for patient care and operational programs which aim to improve outcomes. Supervises team members and provides feedback, helps team to communicate to share results, discuss treatment plans, and provide resources. Monitors others assessment of urgent, high-risk clinical situations. Leads team to advocate for members/patients, address care issues, implement feedback, and/or investigate complaint resolutions, provides training and resources to team, ensuring a high-quality care experience, and reviews and confirms the teams referral to the appropriate services, and reviews information shared with providers.
