Job Description Overview of the Position: The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting critical HR Processes, including but not limited to administrative duties, new hire processing, event planning, time card and payroll administration and reporting. Requirements Work in a Fast-paced environment. Bilingual English /Spanish. Basic computer skills, Complete necessary computer transactions and paperwork proficiently. Able to work as part of the team, share ideas to team and Mechanical engineering as needed. Punctual and ready to work Report any assembly issue, delays to Lead and Supervisor Demonstrated ability to cross train in various departments as required.
