The Tri-City Animal Shelter serves the Cities of Fremont, Newark, and Union City and provides sheltering, adoption, licensing, field services, investigations, and community education programs. The Animal Services Manager serves as the operational leader of the Animal Services Unit and Tri-City Animal Shelter, overseeing staff, programs, contracts, and services that support both animals and residents across the Tri-City area.
