We are seeking a TSCM Operations Specialist to support and develop Executive Protection (EP), Cyber Risk, and Technical Countermeasures security programs and operational capabilities. This is a hybrid role that blends field/operational support (travel, readiness, incident response) with program and operations execution (workflows, metrics, vendor coordination, and leadership briefings).
The ideal candidate builds trust quickly with stakeholders and can translate ambiguous risk and operational needs into scalable programs, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
The successful candidate will:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partner teams, and industry peers
Apply creative problem-solving to complex operational and risk challenges
Communicate the business value of security programs and risk management strategies
Learn quickly and synthesize large amounts of new information into actionable outputs
