Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Utility Engineer, you will be a mission-critical specialist, ensuring the uninterrupted and efficient operation of our essential infrastructure that underpins the entire facility. You will be instrumental in maintaining the complex network of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, guaranteeing a safe, comfortable, and functional environment for all occupants and critical operations. Every day you will meticulously operate, monitor, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide array of utility systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, emergency generators, and medical gas systems.
