Summary The Heavy Equipment Operator Lead reports directly to the Operation Supervisor and is responsible for the management and leadership of the heavy equipment operations in the Landfill. In addition, the Heavy Equipment Operator Lead will processes trash by compacting and pushing the waste with a dozer, at the landfills. Places soil cover over the trash with other heavy equipment, including loaders, excavators and rock trucks. Other equipment that may be operated are water trucks, roll off trucks and backhoes.
