The entry-level incumbent acts an an assistant to a Structure Representative, a Transportation Engineer Civil,Range D or Associate Bridge Engineer, and under close supervision, performs work of limited difficulty in a field constructionenvironment. This work is performed on highway construction projects involving bridges, buildings, walls, barriers, drainagestructures, sign structures and appurtenances.
