Job Summary   Reporting to the Director of Quality West, the Regional Quality Manager will work closely with our Concrete Hardscape and Masonry product plants within your region. This person will be responsible for overseeing the daily QC functions including process inspections, final product inspections, scheduling of support personnel, reporting on regular basis to management team with respect to processes improvements, repetitive quality defects, non-conforming products, and other quality concerns.   Additionally, the Regional Quality Manager must demonstrate the ability to cultivate relationships at all levels of the organization and work as a team player to efficiently deliver quality goals on schedule and within budget.   Job Location     This position is hybrid and this person will be based at our concrete manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City, UT or Tracy, CA.    Job Responsibilities ...
