The Risk Analyst will be an integral member of the Risk Management team, which handles Essex’s insurance policies, assuring timely renewal of existing policies and completion of any required modifications or new coverages.   WHAT YOU WILL DO: Policy Administration: Update and maintain insurance tracker with expiration dates, coverage type, and broker information. Manage insurance tracker for structured finance portfolio and work with various real estate owners to assure compliance with Essex’s insurance requirements.
