Job Details Description Willow Rock is a 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility in Alameda County for adolescents 12-17 years old who are experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms. POSITION SUMMARY The Lead Recovery Specialist II ensures the completion of duties of clinical staff by supporting and clarifying Recovery Specialist and Peer Support Specialist roles. The position provides direct services and works with program leadership in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and services with the primary focus on meeting the physical and psychological needs of members served in a manner consistent with Rehabilitation and Recovery principles.
