ABOUT THE POSITION The County of Riverside- Riverside University Health System- Public Health is currently recruiting for a full-time Registered Nurse II-III for the Maternal Child Adolescent Health department located in Riverside. This program promotes health and disease prevention through case management services to the high-risk and vulnerable populations, which include populations with opioid and other substance abuse history, and high-risk pregnant women and children.  Incumbents in this position will conduct home visits, assess high-risk pregnant women, children, and adults, provide case management, link clients to appropriate services and resources, and document all services and assessments in EPIC. This job opening will serve to fill a Health Services Assistant vacancy in Riverside. Under direct supervision, the Health Services Assistant for the Nutrition and Health Program will provide Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) breastfeeding education/support to prenatal and breastfeeding participants. Assist WIC participants in-person and virtually; must have excellent customer service skills.
