Job Details Description Sage House is a licensed 16-bed mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) serving San Mateo County residents, 18-59, with long histories of mental illness and multiple episodes of acute psychiatric hospitalization. POSITION OBJECTIVE The Rehabilitation Therapist provides rehabilitation therapy services to clients, both on an individual and group basis.
