Position Purpose Responsible for leading talent acquisition, talent management, associate relations, development, and associate engagement in the Distribution Center in support of company values and business objectives. Provide excellent customer service by building partnerships and being responsive to the needs of associates, local leadership, region/SSC leadership, other DCs and store partners. Addresses issues such employee engagement, development, staffing, meeting learning objectives, partnering with RHRM, AR and Learning in management development, assoociate concerns, investigations and project management.
