Contra Costa Country Club is seeking a full-time Assistant Superintendent to support its year-round golf course maintenance operation. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and Co-Assistant Superintendent while gaining experience to prepare for advancement to Golf Course Superintendent. The position is part of a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property and is designed for a motivated individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow. Take ownership of the daily planning, scheduling, and execution of golf course maintenance operations while leading, mentoring, and developing 25+ team members. Assist with irrigation management, fertilizer and pesticide applications, cultural practices, tournament preparation, and course setup.
