The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks including work orders, unit turns, maintaining the grounds, curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas at one or more properties to assist preserving the asset and to provide a quality living environment for the residents.  This position reports to the Community Manager, General Operations Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.      WHAT YOU WILL DO: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. The City of Pasadena is seeking an experienced Helicopter Maintenance Technician. This position performs journey-level, skilled technical work inspecting, repairing, overhauling, and servicing City-owned helicopters and related equipment in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration rules and regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and Pasadena Police Department policies and procedures. The  ideal candidate  will be detail oriented and have working knowledge of performing a full range of maintenance, inspection and repairs on City owned certificated and non-certificated helicopters.
