Job Description Federal Compliance Analyst, Principal Under general direction, supports the development and implementation of OCTA’s federal compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable federal laws, regulations, and best practice standards. This position plays a key role in compliance oversight, regulatory analysis, subrecipient monitoring, and agency-wide guidance related to federal transit funding requirements and compliance obligations.
