I. Job Summary Manages the day-to-day collection operations of multiple sites a single Line of Business, establishes, and maintains performance and productivity metrics and cost management processes. Responsible for P&L. Landfill Operations Managers and/or Supervisors will report directly to this role. The District Manager (DM) oversees operations that resemble managing a high-volume manufacturing facility. In this environment, the inputs, the raw materials, can be unpredictable and subject to change, and the core operational systems are based on biological processes.
