ABOUT THE POSITION Riverside University Health System (RUHS) is recruiting a  Certified Hospital Inspector of Record (IOR)  to perform highly specialized technical and administrative duties related to county medical and mental health facility construction and alteration projects. The position is responsible for ensuring that projects under RUHS comply with applicable state requirements and regulations administered by the  California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) , formerly known as the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD).
