Wilshire Country Club recently underwent a Restoration Project and opened in February 2026. We are looking to add valuable staff members to our Outside Services Team.  The member services staff works closely with the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professionals on the outside golf operations to assure an exceptional experience for members and their guest around the club. Primary responsibility falls on service to members, efficiency of cart loading, cart cleanliness, staging, and storing. The employee must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service. The Director of Golf Course Maintenance is responsible for successfully operating the Golf Course and Clubhouse Grounds Maintenance Departments. Programs for turf/grass, material and chemical maintenance, and asset management are critical to this role's success. Prepare annual budget and achieve financial goals throughout the year through proper forecasting, expense controls, and labor management. Provide agronomic direction to maintain the golf course at the highest quality possible at all times. Hire, train, and develop all staff.
