ABOUT THE POSITION The Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health is currently recruiting a Registered Nurse II or Registered Nurse III to join their Justice-Involved Enhanced Care Management (ECM) team located in Indio. The ECM program serves individuals with complex medical, behavioral health and social needs, including those transitioning from incarceration. Our program utilizes a whole-person care approach, with a strong focus on helping members obtain and maintain stable housing. This is a field-based Registered Nurse position that requires travel throughout Riverside County to meet members in community settings including correctional facilities, hospitals, clinics, and housing program locations. These roles support adults experiencing behavioral health conditions that have resulted in psychiatric hospitalization. Clinical Therapists II assigned to this program do not provide traditional individual or group therapy.
