ABOUT THE POSITION The Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health is currently recruiting a Registered Nurse II or Registered Nurse III to join their Justice-Involved Enhanced Care Management (ECM) team located in Indio. The ECM program serves individuals with complex medical, behavioral health and social needs, including those transitioning from incarceration. Our program utilizes a whole-person care approach, with a strong focus on helping members obtain and maintain stable housing. This is a field-based Registered Nurse position that requires travel throughout Riverside County to meet members in community settings including correctional facilities, hospitals, clinics, and housing program locations. A valid CA Driver's License is required. Bilingual is preferred but not required.
