Summary: The Marine Mechanic Technician I will provide troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and material assessment of marine propulsion and or power generation for various types of patrol boats, equipment, mechanical systems, and components in accordance with OEM technical specifications in CONUS & OCONUS locations, as required. Roles and Responsibilities: Uses technical knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and identify causes for equipment/system failure to the component level. Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.
