General Statement of Job:
The Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure leads the strategy, security, and continuous improvement of SIS's cloud-first IT infrastructure across the Americas. This leader owns the company's Cloud, Systems Administration, Networking, and Help Desk functions and is accountable for advancing SIS's Zero-Trust strategy, in which all access is verified, identity is the perimeter, and the environment is centrally managed, monitored, and documented. SIS operates a predominantly Apple environment (approximately 90% macOS) supporting a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center, so the ideal candidate pairs senior leadership ability with hands-on depth in modern cloud, identity, endpoint, and network platforms.
