ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provides professional and courteous service to each and every guest while always maintaining a sense of urgency. Exceeds guest expectations through positive interactive skills. Greets all arriving and guests in a timely, professional, friendly, and efficient manner while opening doors, and providing information and directions as needed. 2. Handles all accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists guests in all inquiries in connection with resort and casino services, hours of operations, key resort and casino personnel, and in-house events. 3. Parks and retrieves guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to established safety protocols in accordance to all state laws. Properly secures all guest keys and vehicles according to department policy. 4. Follows up with guests to ensure their requests or concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.
