Job Summary This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and scheduling trucking for delivery of rock and sand, asphalt and/or ready mix concrete products. Individual will assure the correct products and quantities are delivered in a timely manner, maintain records of daily production orders, respond to customer questions and concerns by phone and in person to maintain good customer relations, weighs trucks to insure that the material is correct and the right weight, computes accounts receivable to insure accuracy of cash sales and receipts. Completes cash reconciliation, product sales and other reports daily. May be responsible for petty cash and banking deposits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the trucking industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
