Manual Driving Instructors are responsible for safely training new vehicle operators, scaling the essential skills to become effective autonomous drivers. Instructors are expected to work to develop a unique set of skills to accommodate different learning styles, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure a consistent training program across the organization. The Instructors are expected to also provide clear, concise, professional, and accurate feedback for the trainees.
