DESCRIPTION The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Training Cadre recruitment is an Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) internal recruitment.  Only applications from current, full-time, OCFA Fire Captains, Fire Apparatus Engineers, and non-probationary Firefighters will be accepted.  The EMS Department is currently accepting applications for EMS Training Cadre to establish an eligibility list to fill current EMS Training Cadre vacancies.
