We are seeking a highly motivated Training Specialist to support the analysis, development, and implementation of Navy training systems and programs. This role involves conducting training needs assessments, evaluating alternative training solutions, supporting curriculum development, and preparing formal documentation in accordance with Navy standards and processes (e.g., NAVEDTRA 130 series).   Duties & Responsibilities  Provide installation support for multiple programs and systems at NAVWAR.
