Work site: Morgan Hill Office The Maintenance Technician provides facilities support to the centers and offices by assessing the need for repair and deciding on the correct course of action to be completed either in-house or by an outside contractor. The Technician utilizes their trade skills to complete minor and major renovation projects and can do repairs to Catalyst's facilities as well as meet with contractors to review scope of repair needed.
Essential Job Functions:
Respond to an validate center requests for repairs.
Assess needed repair and decide course of action to be either completed in house or by outside contractor.
Identify additional repairs needed even if not requested by center.
Perform repairs to centers to include plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, HVAC, or general mechanical repair.
Meet with contractor on site to review scope of repairs needed
Monitor the completion of work by the contractor.
