What You Will Do Create Bills of Lading and shipping labels. Create and submit time-sensitive Shipping Instructions Requests. Process time-sensitive Shipping Instructions for quick turnaround shipments. Schedule shipment pick-ups, coordinating with Logistics Team, carriers/freight forwarders and US Government. Review contracts to ensure shipments and packaging documents are made and packaged according to customer’s requirements. Maintain compliance and accuracy of shipping documentation requirements. Handle heavy email communications with agents/customers, both internal and external. Create and maintain shipment reports as required.
