What You Will Do Typical work includes disassembly, cleaning, testing, repair, and assembly of FAA controlled flight hardware. Layout and build mechanical assemblies such as engine mounts, fire detectors, tubes, ducts, and hoses. Layout and build wire harness and cable assemblies. Utilize pneumatic tools mechanically rework damaged flight hardware. Perform functional testing on electrical components and sensors. Coordinate with inspection and engineering teams to address shop findings and in-process discrepancies. Follow approved technical data using engineering provided routing. Maintain good shop practices and a clean workstation/environment. Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives/projects that support the shop floor. What We Offer...
