Position Summary
Calbee America aims to drive continuous innovation and deliver new products to customers and consumers. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the consistent and timely launch of new products, with sales and marketing activities aligned to the launch schedule. The Sr. R&D Manager leads both cross-functional process management and core R&D activities, working closely with internal teams and collaborating with Calbee Japan as needed. As part of a multi-functional business team, this role manages technical resources across a portfolio of projects. The position also involves evaluating ingredients, technologies, and processing equipment to improve cost efficiency, production performance, and food safety.
