Responsibilities and Duties Employer Relations & Engagement
Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of employers to support internship and full-time recruiting efforts.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employer inquiries, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
Execute targeted outreach strategies to expand employer partnerships across key industries and functions.
Support employer retention through consistent communication, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery.
Recruiting & Event Execution
Lead execution of employer-facing recruiting activities including career fairs (virtual and in-person), information sessions, coffee chats, and networking events.
Coordinate logistics including scheduling, employer preparation, student engagement, and post-event follow-up.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of recruiting programs and events.
