Under limited supervision, this position plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and managing a diverse portfolio of public works projects—from general infrastructure improvements and utility-related projects to complex coastal development, stabilization and enhancements. The Project Manager works closely with department heads, consultants, contractors, and the public to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
