Under the direction of the IT Supervisor II, the incumbent serves as a developer/technical specialist to support and maintain the Caltrans application portfolio. Responsibilities include analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, defect resolution, application enhancement, monitoring, and operational support. The incumbent develops interfaces between systems, configures web applications, develops reports, and other technical outputs.
