Job Summary:   The Surveillance Operator uses a variety of tools that can range from enterprise access control and alarm monitoring systems/CCTV and other tools to respond and alert internal and external customers regarding adverse conditions that may affect operations, staff, facilities, and properties. Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras, access control, alarms, and other tools. Oversee various recording of communications and events. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of and proficiency in the operation of video monitor console equipment and related logging procedures and location of cameras. Prepare and maintain logs, observation reports, and other data in a manner prescribed by the Surveillance Division Policies and procedures.
