At NorthBay Health, the Clinical Pharmacist II is responsible for providing the clinical judgment, professional knowledge and distribution skills in the Pharmacy Department to ensure that patients receive pharmaceutical care which is consistent with the goals of the Department and the Organization.   PRIMARY JOB DUTIES Reviews drug orders, patient profiles, and medical records to evaluate the appropriateness of drug therapy.
