Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Pharmacy Technician, you will work under the direction and supervision of a pharmacist, filling individual drug orders from the pharmacy medication profile.   Every day you will prepare intravenous additive solutions for individual patients from the IV profile and prepare bulk solutions.   To be successful in this role, you will bring strong attention to detail and precision along with reliable adherence to pharmacist direction and protocols. You will need a steady, careful approach to medication preparation.   Conducts inspection of assigned nursing units on a monthly basis, removes all outdated drugs from the area, and documents all pertinent findings. Accurately fill medication labels as orders are processed for patients (both IV admixture and oral doses). Identifies items, which need to be ordered and records in purchasing log. Checks floor stock supplies and replenishes according to department policy....
