The Controller position owns the accounting function while serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. The Controller oversees general ledger maintenance, month-end close, accounts payable and receivable, and entity-level reporting across the firm’s corporate and property entities, in addition to supervising any junior staff. The role also carries responsibility for cash management and projections, tax and insurance coordination, investor distribution processing, and payroll oversight.
