As a key member of the property's golf course maintenance team, the Assistant Superintendent reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and assists with the day-to-day oversight of the maintenance and agronomic practices of the golf course and adjacent grounds, including, but not limited to, the clubhouse landscaping and maintenance complex. Supervises and trains the foreman, irrigation technician, and other employees in the maintenance department. Prepares weekly schedules for the foreman, irrigation staff, and other employees in the maintenance department. Monitors inventory and use of all maintenance equipment, preventive maintenance schedules, and safety training.
