Job Summary The incumbent will have the primary responsibilities for loading finished goods to internal and external customers and facilities, unloading finished goods and raw materials from outside vendors while verifying accuracy. It will be the responsibility of the incumbent to achieve excellence in executing the assigned inventory stocking, counting and picking plans. Also, this Warehouse Associate position will adhere to all OSHA warehouse and forklift safety rules and company's safety policies and procedures. Essential Duties Work safely and efficiently while being careful to follow all safety requirements as determined by management. Ability to install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot industrial machinery, mechanical equipment in a manufacturing setting. Work independently and to analyze and recommend repair procedures for equipment failures and must demonstrate mechanical insight in recommending options. Troubleshoot equipment failures or breakdowns on all equipment. Understand how to start up and shut down production equipment. Identify equipment parts as needed. Be efficient re-knifing all types of plant product cutting cylinders. Complete work orders as assigned by Supervisor. Recommend corrective action to solve mechanical issues on the production lines. Job Summary The Packaging Operator I's responsibilities include production driving (taking pallets from off the line and staging), scrap hauling (making sure all process waste is disposed of properly/supplies raw mats), and pad driving for the production lines (taking pallets to the pad). Other responsibilities include safely operating controls (machinery) to enable stacking/bundling of shingles to be wrapped. Bundles that are being conveyed to the wrapper must meet quality minimum standards. Understanding controls to run machinery to best practice settings is critical to meet efficiency targets. Heavy communication with process end operators relating to product opportunities is vital. Electrician II is an Electrician who has field and classroom experience in either the Industrial Electrical or Instrumentation Electrical Craft. The requirement is two years of formal training, combined with on-the-job training. Course completion letters/certifications and apprenticeship hourly logs are indications of qualification.
